In January 2025 Howard joined Premier Care Management as part of the leadership team preparing to open the company's first children's home for up to three children and young people aged 8 - 18.

​

To date work has focused on recruitment and training of the staff team, preparation of the home itself (including assembling furnishings, designing systems and installing ICT equipment) and shadowing support work in the other part of the company working with a young man in one of the support accommodation homes.

​

Howard is very much looking forward to completing the preparation for this new home, achieving OfSTED recognition and welcoming our first young person.
